A woman different from most elders, she didn’t exercise since her childhood.
In fact, she picked up the habit much later in life, after her sister succumbed to a brain aneurysm.
Shepherds never cared about health and wellbeing.
It’s only after she developed high blood pressure that she decided to pay attention to her health. Today, she observes an entirely different daily health routine.
She wakes up at 3 am daily, follows a calorie-controlled diet of boiled egg whites, vegetables, chicken, and plenty of water, and runs approximately 130 km (80 miles) a week.
